When someone is neurodiverse:

  • their brain works in a different way.

A psychosocial disability comes from a person’s mental health.

If you have anxiety, you:

  • worry about things that may or may not happen
  • have trouble controlling how you think.

If you have depression, you feel bad most of the time and there is no sign your feelings will change.
